Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is social, has experience in a café/bakery or similar, is driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should be flexible, positive, and a cheerful team player.

For us, attitude is just as important as experience. We believe you are an engaged person with a lot of energy and a positive mindset who is passionate about the profession and customers.

You should be meticulous, ambitious, and service-oriented and work with upselling.

As an engaged employee, you should be used to a high tempo that requires you to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as customer flow and answering the phone/taking orders.

The position includes working in the store with sales, taking orders, preparing baguettes, salads, and handling food and pastries, as well as cleaning, but not baking.

Cash handling experience is an advantage, as is experience in a bakery/café, preferably Barista knowledge, but this is not a requirement as we will train you. You should be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, as there is a lot of customer contact. Since cash handling is involved, you must be over 18 years old.

The positions are permanent with a probationary period.

You can work weekdays from 06:30 to 16:45 and every third Saturday.

Part-time approximately 25-29 hours/week.

Salary: 132:- / hour.

Can increase during holidays/sickness, high workload peaks.

The position needs to be filled immediately.

Since public transport does not operate when starting at 06:30 in the morning, a driver's license and car are required unless you live in Löddeköpinge and nearby.
